Old Women Talking Book Launch

Wilderness Sarchild, co-author of the play, “Wrinkles, the Musical”, will launch her new poetry collection, “Old Women Talking”, on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017, from 2 to 3:30 PM, at First Parish Brewster UU, Rt. 6A, Brewster.
Wilderness will read some poems from her book and share how both her book and her play came to fruition in her 70th year.

Joining Wilderness at the event will be Lucile Burt reading from her soon to be released poetry collection, “The Cone of Uncertainty”. Providing music will be Linda DeLory, vocalist extraordinaire, and, also, the cast of “Wrinkles, the Musical” singing a signature song from the play, accompanied by Malcolm Granger, musical director of “Wrinkles” and featuring Naomi Turner, co-author of “Wrinkles.” Afterwards will be a book signing by Wilderness.

The event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided. All profits from the sale of the book that day will go to First Parish Brewster.
